2012 3rd Place Hot Pepper Award Winner in the Super hot Catagory!!

If you like it hot you're in the right place. This sauce is a delicious blend of fresh ingredients, Naga Jolokia pepper powder (one of the hottest peppers in the world) and authentic Indian spices. Bigfat's 8o8 has such a rich, fiery flavor you can't help but go back for more. It's enough to make or break your day. Beware. You've been warned.

Goes great with: Sauteed or grilled vegetables, potatoes, chicken wings, steak, Indian dishes, pork, fish, shrimp tacos, chili, guacamole, hummus, grilled cheese, mixed into BBQ sauce, hamburgers and on and on.

Ingredients: Water, onion, tomatoes, habanero peppers, garlic, habanero mash (fresh habanero, salt), naga jolokia pepper powder, spices, lime juice concentrate, ancho chili powder, and sea salt.

    Delicious and Spicy

I like this hot sauce dripped on food because it's delicious, but it's especially good in stews, soups, and chillis because it will spice up a whole pan-full pretty quickly.

    Heat with flavor? Who knew?!?

I have tried so many hot sauces that are great for frying tastebuds, but none that actually provide a complimentary flavor as the 8of8 does. The smokey fire of this sauce blends in great with other home made or commercial BBQ sauce to provide the right level of pick-me-up for shredded pork or chicken especially!

    Good heat with excellent flavors

While there are a variety of extremely hot sauces on the market, most of them are just "extreme heat in a jar" and have little flavor. 808 is hardly the hottest naga jolokia sauce on the market, but it has diverse flavors in addition to the available heat and is a fabulous accompaniment to chicken, fish, pork, beef and eggs. It's not for the faint of heart heat-wise.

Not As Hot As I Expected

Posted by Unknown on 5th Jun 2013

From the title, one can see that I expected this sauce to be up there on the heat scale. In that area I was disappointed since comparing to other Naga Jolokia sauces, it didn't match up well. I will say that I did love the thickness of this sauce. It is thicker than most which I love since you can use it almost like you would use a BBQ sauce. Even not being as happy with the heat, I would not turn this one down as it tastes very good as well.
